SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Local Delivery

Local delivery is available, for orders within [EX8, EX9] we charge £3 for local delivery. for orders within [EX3, EX4, EX10, EX11] we charge £5 for local delivery.

Deliveries are made from 14:00 - 17:00 on Mon - Fr. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival with an estimated time.

Click & Collect

You can skip the shipping fees with free click and collect from Exmouth, Devon. After placing your order and selecting Click & Collect at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days.

We will send you an email when your order is ready for collection along with instructions. 

Our Click & Collect pickup hours are 10:00 - 17.30 Mon - Fri. Collection is also available on a Saturday and we also offer same day collection if ordered before 14:00, please email info@pipandj.co.uk if you wish to collect at the weekend or on the same day. Please have your order confirmation email and ID with you when you collect.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at help@pipandj.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Pre Orders

As we are a small family run business we currently are unable to hold stock of all our available items. Items marked as PRE ORDER NOW means that we order your items in which takes roughly 3-5 days from order to dispatch from us.

Pre ordered items are not available for Click & Collect or Local Delivery, if either of these are selected at the time of purchase your order will be cancelled and we will ask you to place your order again.

Unfortunately due to the nature of pre ordering, your items at the time of purchase are not guaranteed and if your item becomes out of stock between the time of your order and ours we will inform you as soon as possible and either issue a refund or inform you of an in stock date.

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at help@pipandj.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Due to stock levels we cannot guarantee your item will be available for exchange.
